PAYMENT OF THE APPLICATION FEE TO IEC PROGRAM The card used must be linked to the USD account. After entering the card data, the amount required to pay in accordance with the agreement will appear. Under Currency for this purchase select USD. Under the Billing address you need to specify the address to which your card is linked. If the country in the address is automatically detected incorrectly, you need to select the correct country name from the drop-down menu next to the checkbox.
For the payment to be successful, be sure to indicate PayID on this page (this is your unique program agreement number, located at the very top of the agreement).
